What’s The ELI Assessment?
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible — a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.
The ELI shows you how to elevate your leadership effectiveness by receiving insights into your current perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and performance capabilities. Using your assessment results as a benchmark, you can then begin to make changes where your current leadership approach is not serving you.
The ELI forms the initial launching point for the Sales Performance Accelerator™ program, providing you with a baseline of your current leadership potential. How Does The ELI Assessment Work?
The ELI is an online questionnaire that takes about 30 minutes for you to fill out. The system measures and categorizes your mindset in 5 distinct levels:

Receive a 12-page detailed ELI assessment report via email within 3 business days of taking your assessment followed by a 90-minute 1:1 debrief coaching session where you’ll discover the percentage of each of the 5 mindset levels that you typically experience under stress and also under normal conditions.
You’ll also discover your Average Resonating Level (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all your mindset levels under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances. With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, you can then begin to increase your A.R.L., prime your mind for optimism, and greatly increase your sales leadership success.
